Links Dashboard
Your links dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all your shortened links:
- View all links in a card or list format
- Sort by date created, clicks, or name
- Filter by tags, status, or search terms
- Quick actions for copy, edit, and delete
Editing Links
Click on any link card to access editing options:
- Destination URL: Update where the link redirects
- Title: Change the display name
- Tags: Add or remove organizational tags
- Password: Add, change, or remove protection
- UTM Parameters: Add tracking parameters
Changes to your links take effect immediately. The short link URL remains the same.
Link Details Page
The link details page shows comprehensive information:
- Click statistics and trends
- Location data (Plus and Pro plans)
- Time-based analytics
- Referrer information
- Device and browser breakdown
Filtering and Search
Find links quickly with powerful filtering:
- Search: Find links by title, URL, or tag
- Tags: Filter by one or multiple tags
- Date Range: View links created within a period
- Status: Show active, expired, or all links
Bulk Operations
Pro users can perform bulk actions:
- Select multiple links for batch operations
- Delete multiple links at once
- Export link data to CSV
Deleting Links
To delete a link, click the delete button on the link card or from the link details page. Deleted links are permanently removed and the short URL will no longer work.
Warning: Link deletion cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need the link before deleting.
