All payment processing is handled by our payment service provider, Polar.sh. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Polar's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your payment card details.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
We may offer free trials for certain plans. If you sign up for a free trial, you will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including URLs, custom aliases, QR codes, and bio pages. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for all content you submit and the consequences of sharing that content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Shortn and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
We reserve the right to remove, disable, or modify any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
When users click on your shortened links, we collect analytics data including but not limited to: IP addresses, device information, browser type, referrer, geographic location, and timestamp. This data is provided to you for analytics purposes. You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws when using this analytics data.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your shortened links may become inactive, and your data may be deleted. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Any disputes related to payments, billing, refunds, or subscriptions are handled by our payment processor, Polar.sh. Please contact Polar's support at polar.sh/support for payment-related issues.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shortn operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shortn regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
